Convenient Access from Eagle Ridge
Eagle Ridge sits near the southern end of Orland Park, and Orland Dental Studio is about 12 minutes north of it, almost all on one road. If you need a dentist near Eagle Ridge who can handle cleanings, Invisalign, crowns and implants without sending you elsewhere, our two-dentist practice on 143rd Street is a straightforward drive up Wolf Road. Eagle Ridge is a residential neighborhood of Orland Park, built in phases known as Eagle Ridge I, II and III.
Leave Eagle Ridge Park on Eagle Ridge Drive and head west to 179th Street. Turn left on 179th, then turn right onto Wolf Road and stay on it for roughly four and a half miles as it runs north through the village. At 143rd Street, turn right and continue a short way east to 10600 W 143rd St, Orland Park, IL 60462, between 108th Avenue and the Crystal Tree Dr entrance. The drive measures about 6.1 miles and has no tolls.
Open our listing on Google Maps to see the route before your first visit. Residents of nearby Deer Point, along 108th Avenue, and the village of Orland Hills to the northeast have their own pages with their routes. Mokena borders this part of Orland Park to the south, beyond I-80.
Life Around 179th Street and the Metra Line
The subdivision straddles West 179th Street between Wolf Road and roughly 104th Avenue, mixing single-family homes with townhomes, including one-story ranch designs. Three village parks carry the neighborhood's name. The largest, Eagle Ridge Park, covers about 10 acres with ball fields, tennis and pickleball courts, bocce, a pavilion and a walking path.
A seven-acre park on Wolf Road adds a fishing spot and a lacrosse field, and a smaller park on Rachel Lane serves the Eagle Ridge III section. West of the neighborhood, the 179th Street Metra station on the SouthWest Service line has carried commuters toward Chicago since it opened in 1995.
The station is a little over a mile from the neighborhood's largest park. For anyone who rides the train into the city, a midday dental appointment can mean a lost half-day of work. Our schedule helps: we are open until 7 PM on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, and from 9 AM to 2 PM on Saturdays.
Patients who feel uneasy about dental work have options, too. Nitrous oxide is available for lighter anxiety, and oral conscious sedation can be arranged with Dr. Nguyen for longer or more involved visits. Between appointments, the treatment chairs look out on nature, where deer and birds sometimes come into view.
What Eagle Ridge Residents Should Know About Their Smiles
Busy commuters tend to postpone the visits that feel optional. Cosmetic goals, a missing back tooth or a crooked front tooth can sit on the to-do list for years. The longer a gap stays open, though, the more neighboring teeth tend to drift and the more bone the jaw can lose.
Modern tools make these projects less disruptive. Digital wellness scans capture 3D impressions of your teeth that feed directly into planning for aligners and crowns. Teeth whitening can brighten enamel dulled by years of coffee or tea.
A broken tooth no longer has to mean weeks in a temporary. With CEREC same-day crowns, the crown is designed and milled in our office, so the finished crown can be placed in a single visit. For someone with a long commute, saving a second trip is a real advantage.
Eagle Ridge is part of Orland Township in Cook County, close to the Will County line, with Mokena and Tinley Park as close neighbors.
Replacing a missing tooth deserves early attention. After a tooth is lost, the bone that held it slowly shrinks, which can make an implant more involved later. When bone has thinned, grafting can rebuild the site, and that work is done in our office rather than at a separate surgical practice.
What a Dentist Near Eagle Ridge Can Offer You
Invisalign®
Clear aligners straighten teeth without brackets or wires, and they come out for meals and brushing. Progress checks can be booked during evening or Saturday hours to fit around a commute.
Cosmetic Dentistry
Whitening, veneers and Digital Smile Design help you plan the look you want before any work begins. Changes are matched to your face, your bite and your daily habits.
Dental Implants
An implant replaces a missing tooth root, supports a natural-looking crown and helps preserve the jawbone. Placement, grafting and restoration all happen in our office.
Restorative Dentistry
Fillings, inlays, onlays and crowns repair teeth worn down by grinding, decay or old dental work. Conservative options come first whenever the tooth allows them.
Preventative Dentistry
Cleanings, exams and early detection keep small issues small. Regular checkups also protect cosmetic work, implants and crowns so they last as long as possible.
Meet Your Orland Park Dental Team
Patients interested in aligners work with Dr. Ibraahim Badat, our founder and a certified Invisalign provider who also designs CEREC crowns and uses a soft tissue laser. Dr. Christopher Nguyen, DMD, rounds out the team with training in oral surgery, endodontics and implant dentistry.
Insurance, Membership & Financing
Larger projects can be spread out through CareCredit or Cherry monthly financing. Our Premium Membership Plan, at $950 a year, includes one premium whitening and Invisalign for $4,500. Most major PPO plans are accepted, and the team files claims for you.

Frequently Asked Questions
How far is Orland Dental Studio from Eagle Ridge, and how do I get there?
Our office is about 6.1 miles from Eagle Ridge Park, roughly a 12-minute drive. Follow Eagle Ridge Drive and 179th Street to Wolf Road, take Wolf Road north to 143rd Street, then turn east. Anyone wanting a dentist near Eagle Ridge will find most of the trip is one long, simple stretch of Wolf Road.
Can veneers fix chipped or uneven front teeth?
Yes, veneers are a common fix for chips, small gaps, uneven edges and stubborn discoloration on front teeth. A thin, custom shell is bonded to the front of each tooth. Because some enamel is usually reshaped first, the dentist checks your bite and gum health before recommending them over whitening or other options.
Is a dental implant better than a bridge for one missing tooth?
Often, yes, because an implant stands on its own and does not require reshaping the healthy teeth next to it. It also helps preserve the jawbone where the tooth was lost. A bridge can still be the right choice in some cases, and an exam with X-rays shows which option suits your mouth.
Will a new crown match the color of my other teeth?
Yes, a crown is shaded to blend with the teeth around it. Ceramic CEREC crowns are designed on screen and milled in our office from a block chosen to match your natural color. If you plan to whiten, do it first, because whitening does not change the shade of a finished crown.
Can I drink coffee while wearing Invisalign aligners?
It is better to take the aligners out first. Hot coffee can warp the plastic, and sweetened or dark drinks can stain the trays and trap sugar against your teeth. Plain water is fine with aligners in, and a quick rinse or brush before putting them back keeps both teeth and trays cleaner.
